Cancellations
Before Workshop: Should you need to cancel your purchase before the workshop commences, please notify us immediately. We will promptly process your cancellation, and you will receive a full refund.
After Workshop: Following attendance at the workshop, cancellations will be treated as refund requests and will be subject to the terms outlined below.
Refunds
We proudly offer a 2-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all our workshops. If you find our workshop unsatisfactory for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of the workshop.
Additionally, if you were unable to attend the workshop, don’t worry! You can simply join our next workshop at no extra cost. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, you can follow the process outlined below.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Upon approval, refunds may take up to 5-7 days to be processed and reflected in your account. Please note that processing times may vary depending on payment methods and banking procedures.
Refunds After 7 Days
Requests for refunds made after the 7-day period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline such requests if they fall outside the specified timeframe.
Workshop Cancellations and Technical Issues
In the event that ADZVENTURE cancels a workshop offering, or if there are significant issues or misrepresentations in the workshop content, users will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed accordingly or other workshop will be provided and will be notified TBD.
Furthermore, if technical issues prevent access to the workshop and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, users may be eligible for a full refund.

ADZVENTURE reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at our discretion. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon posting, with the date of the most recent updates displayed at the top of this page.
